initiatives.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment needs and workforce planning.\nCoach managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, and employee engagement.\nSupport diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the country.\nCompensation, Benefits & Rewards\nPartner with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure competitive and compliant reward practices.\nSupport annual salary review and incentive processes.\nProvide guidance to managers on compensation decisions within established frameworks.\nEnsure local application of reward programs is aligned with corporate standards and market practices.\nHR Operations & Service Delivery\nServe as the primary HR contact for the country.\nPartner with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to deliver effective HR support.\nMaintain data accuracy and support reporting and analytics requirements.\nEnsure consistent application of HR policies and processes.\nChange Management & Organizational Effectiveness\nLead the HR aspects of organizational changes within the country.\nSupport leaders and employees through business transformation and change initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.\nPromote a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\n4+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.\nExperience working within a multinational and matrixed organization.\nStrong experience supporting business leaders in a manufacturing and/or industrial environment preferred.\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong knowledge of local employment law and employee relations practices.\nProven ability to manage complex employee relations matters.\nStrong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with business needs.\nExcellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills.\nExperience supporting change management and organizational transformation initiatives.\nAbility to analyze data and translate insights
