you will perform tasks and provide services to support the plant’s production goals, overall business plans and objectives as directed.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nComplies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of the work assignment.\nSupports and follows the guidelines of the food safety system.\nPerforms duties as required to insure compliance with the plant's quality standards.\nLeads personnel in the on-floor efforts for the operation and maintenance of production equipment.\nPerforms various manual or mechanical production functions by operating, adjusting, and repairing the production equipment to meet customer specifications.\nEvaluates and determines specific areas to be addressed during routine maintenance scheduled downtimes.\nDisassembles, overhauls, and rebuilds production equipment.\nPerforms troubleshooting on production equipment as required.\nPerforms preventative maintenance on production equipment as required.\nPerforms on-the-job training and development of assigned personnel.\nConducts inspection of in-process materials and in-process and finished product.\nResponsible for replenishing supplies, materials, parts, and tooling required for assigned area.\nPerforms record keeping duties as required under the direction of management.\nAccesses, inputs, and retrieves information from the computer.\nCommunicates pertinent information to next\nPerforms clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties.\nReviews SOPs and control plans relevant to their area on a regular basis.\nInitiates, reviews, and follows all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility.\nWe’d love to hear from you if:\nAbility to lift
