Monitoring process performance and KPIs (like OEE, line spoilage, performance,…)\n2. Development and trials of new technologies in order to guarantee the final quality of the production.\n3. Use appropriate Lean, Six Sigma and data analysis tools to provide appropriate information for data-driven decisions\n5. Development and implementation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) to control and measure the efficiencies, evaluating the equipment, methods of measurements, consumables and spoilage\n6. Collect data and analyze process levels of efficiency identifying the bests alternatives in order to maximize efficiency, quality and reduce costs\n7.
