up machines to a standard process with documentation and meet key process deliverables. \nInspect molds and machines for wear, damage, or defects and do basic troubleshooting before reporting issues to maintenance or tooling departments. \nMaintain cleanliness and organization of production environment and support daily team maintenance tasks to ensure that molds and machines run to the best of their ability for their entire life cycle. \nCollaborate with maintenance groups, material handling, inspector packers and quality control to ensure product specifications are met and equipment is performing as intended. \nresponsible for accurate and thorough documentation and data communication to leverage learnings and success across shifts and to other departments.\nFollow all safety protocols and company policies. \nWe would love to hear from you if:\nRJG, Paulson, or other formal injection molding training is a plus, hands on plastic processing experience is a must.\nAble to set up molds and understand material handling practices and equipment.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and capable of learning different aspects of functions of hydraulic or electrical circuits, tool design, and robot logic programming.\nAbility to read technical drawings and setup sheets.\nFamiliarity with overhead cranes, forklifts, and other mold handling equipment is helpful but not necessary.\nGood problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50lbs or more with assistance).\nStanding, bending, and walking for extended periods.\nUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required\nAbility to run a shift to
