supplier deliveries, following up as required to ensure continuity of supply.\nProvide guidance and basic training to colleagues on purchasing processes and systems.\nMaintain purchasing records and supporting documentation in line with company policies and audit requirements.\nSite Administration\nGeneral Administration\nCoordinate site meetings, management forums, VIP visits, customer visits and training events, including room bookings, catering, travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements.\nProvide local support to managers off site, arranging meetings in Wantage and Assisting with any travel arrangements required.\nPrepare monthly Manager Forum meeting agenda, take minutes, and track actions\nManage incoming post, scanning and distributing correspondence to relevant recipients.\nSupport activities for the Wantage Wellbeing Group.\nManage corporate card administration, including receipt reconciliation, record maintenance and support for monthly reporting requirements.\nFacilities, Access & Site Services\nManage site access systems, including issuing visitor passes and maintaining accurate access records via SALTO.\nOrder and maintain stocks of stationery, workwear, kitchen consumables, refreshments and cleaning supplies.\nConduct regular stock checks and arrange replenishment as required.\nCoordinate hire car, taxi and travel bookings for
