Assistant\nLocation: Hartsville, SC\nShift: 8:00am - 5:00pm\nPerforms a variety of duties to support the HR Compensation and Benefits Team.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPerforms a variety of duties to support the HR Compensation and Benefits Team.\nAdministrative Assistant work is focused on supporting the Compensation and Benefits Team\nProcesses Compensation and Benefits related vendor invoices.\nFormats, types, and edits a variety of correspondence: including Board materials, memos, reports and confidential material.\nReceives and screens telephone calls and visitors, schedules appointments and meetings, and resolves problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.\nCarries out special projects and assignments as requested; compiles, analyzes, and prepares data for administrative reports and presentations.\nMaintains and updates departmental files, records and publications; maintains confidential files and materials.\nSchedules conferences, meetings and appointments; notifies attendees, and makes necessary arrangements; arranges domestic and international travel.\nPosition is located out of our Corporate Office in Hartsville, SC\nWe’d love to hear
