This entry-level position involves foundational tasks related to machine setup, material handling, and quality control.\nWhat your will be doing:\nOperate and monitor spiral winding machines, ensuring proper setup and continuous operation.\n\nLoad and unload raw materials (paperboard, glue) onto the machinery as required.\n\nPerform basic adjustments to machine settings under supervision.\n\nConduct visual inspections of finished products for quality defects and adherence to specifications.\n\nMeasure and verify product dimensions using appropriate tools (e.g., calipers, tape measure).\n\nMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.\n\nAssist higher-level technicians with more complex machine troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.\n\nDocument production data accurately and completely.\n\nFollow all established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.\n\n We'd love to hear from you if:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED).\n\nAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.\n\nBasic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).\n\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift.\n\nManual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.\n\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nPrior experience in a
