There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.\nAs a Data Engineering Intern, you will contribute to the foundational pieces of our system, ensuring high-quality and reliable operation. You will collaborate with a team of industry-leading innovators across various disciplines, including hardware, product management, and user experience. If you enjoy solving challenging problems and delivering high-quality products, we want to talk with you!\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nAs a Data Engineering Intern, you’ll work on a cross-functional team to design and build product features and capabilities. Examples include:\nBuild and maintain data pipelines to collect, transform, and process product usage, device performance, and customer interaction data.\nDevelop and optimize ETL workflows using Python, SQL, and cloud-based data technologies to support scalable and efficient data processing.\nEnsure data quality and reliability by implementing data validation, monitoring, and automated testing to maintain accurate product datasets.\nDevelop datasets and analytics solutions that provide insights into product performance, user engagement, and customer experience.\nCreating a semantic data layer to empower machine learning and AI to leverage data and diagnostics.\n\nSKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES\nBasic Qualifications\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College or University with a preferred field of study in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent\nDemonstrated proficiency writing code with one or more of the following: SQL and Python\nFamiliarity with version control such as Git\nUnderstanding of the data development lifecycle and continuous integration and deployment techniques\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with one or more of the following technologies: Data: Tableau, Snowflake, DBT or similar other data tools\n\nExperience with AWS Cloud Services\nExperience with CI/CD build and release pipelines: Github Actions, Jenkins or similar\nPROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College or University, with expected graduation date of Winter 2027/2028 or Spring 2028/2029.\nAvailable to participate in our internship program from June to August\nAbility to work out of our Seattle office a minimum 4 days per week\nAuthorized to work for any US employer, both now and in the future.
