You do what it takes to get things done\nWhat You’ll Do:\nWorking with global colleagues to comprehend Hardware NUDDs (New, Unique, Different, Difficult) requirements, PRD(Product Requirements Documentation), Usage Model and identify concrete Hardware Verification Strategy,\n\nDeveloping new verification methods, planning and assigning tests across US, Shanghai and JDM(Join Design Manufacture) partners.\n\nAccountable for hardware verifications activities including but not limited to Color-Material-Finish, Package, Mechanical, Environmental operational, Signal Integrity, Audio Amplifier performance measurement, AC/DC Power Supply, Unit Boot test, Unit Thermal measurement, Design Maturity (Product operation life test), etc. by Managing, developing, executing at multiple sites. (Major at Asia)\n\nDriving verification schedules, status, result, failure analysis, and corrective actions till issue closed independently or with global JIRA bug review meeting.\n\nImprove and implement automatic test methodology\n\nImprove efficiency and optimize process of verification activities\n\nTraining PIE (Product Integrity Engineering) engineers and contract manufacturing engineers\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBSEE, BSCS or equivalent.\n\n5+ years' experience in product development or hardware verification.\n\nProficiency in scripting languages (Linux, Python) and signal processing techniques.\n\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.\n\nFluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken).\n\nA passion for learning and a drive to achieve results.\n\nHardware system work experience\n\nYou do not have to be an expert in everything, but you are excited by challenges and take initiative to learn and collaborate with others. You do what it takes to get things done.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience of product hardware development, or hardware verification working with global teams and ODM/JDM/OEM.\n\nExperience in Wireless communications, Audio and Acoustic Products.\n\nBetter to have design quality concept for hardware and system\n\nFamiliar with the use of Audio Precision equipment, High speed oscilloscope, Thermal logger like Keysight 34972A or equivalent.\n\nYour profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update.
