This role will help plan and execute events, customer experiences, partner programs, and other marketing initiatives that support our business and brand.\nThe ideal candidate has 1-3 years of marketing, event, communications, or related experience and is ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who enjoys making things happen, brings new ideas to the table, and is equally comfortable being creative and managing the details required to execute successfully.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing while working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.\nResponsibilities\nEvents & Experiences\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, customer events, conferences, partner events, internal events, and other marketing experiences.\nManage event logistics including schedules, vendors, venues, registration, materials, signage, equipment, shipping, and on-site coordination.\nWork with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are delivered professionally and consistently.\nParticipate in on-site event execution as needed.\nHelp identify creative ways to improve customer and partner experience.\nMarketing Programs\nAssist in the development and execution of marketing programs and campaigns supporting business priorities.\nCoordinate program timelines, deliverables, communications, creative assets, and stakeholders.\nSupport partner and channel marketing activities where appropriate.\nHelp develop promotional materials, presentations, communications, digital content, and other marketing assets.\nBring new ideas and creative thinking to programs rather than simply executing what has been done before.\nProgram Management\nManage multiple projects simultaneously and keep programs moving against deadlines.\nCoordinate with internal sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams.\nWork with agencies, vendors, venues, and other external partners.\nTrack program budgets, expenses, schedules, and deliverables.\nHelp measure event and program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, communications, experiential marketing, agency work, or a related area.\nExperience supporting events or marketing programs from planning through execution.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCreative mindset with an interest in developing new ideas and experiences.\nComfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail while still understanding the bigger picture.\nSelf-motivated, energetic, collaborative, and willing to jump in wherever needed.\nComfortable working with different teams, personalities, customers, partners, agencies, and vendors.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.\nWillingness to travel as required for events and programs.\nSuccess in this role means becoming a trusted member of the Marketing team who can increasingly take ownership of events and programs from idea through execution.\nOver time, we want this person to grow beyond coordination into someone who can recommend ideas, manage programs independently, collaborate directly with sales and business teams, and help us create marketing experiences that differentiate the business.\nThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $31.72\nto $42.30.
