Do:\nNetwork Architecture & Engineering\nDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, internet, and cloud networking solutions.\nLead network modernization initiatives that improve reliability, performance, scalability, and security.\nDevelop and maintain network standards, reference architectures, and engineering best practices.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to support business objectives.\nPartner with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless connectivity between data centers, offices, cloud platforms, and third-party services.\nOperations & Reliability\nProvide Tier 3 support for complex network incidents and escalations.\nLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network performance, availability, and security events.\nMonitor network capacity, utilization, and performance trends to proactively address service risks.\nParticipate in a scheduled 24x7 on-call rotation and major incident response activities.\nEnsure network services meet established availability and performance objectives.\nNetwork Security & Compliance\nImplement and support network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, NAC, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access solutions.\nPartner with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation and security improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with corporate security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory controls.\nSupport security assessments, audits, and remediation activities.\nBusiness Continuity & Disaster Recovery\nDesign and maintain resilient network architectures that support business continuity and disaster recovery objectives.\nParticipate in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), disaster recovery planning, and recovery testing activities.\nMaintain network recovery procedures, diagrams, and failover documentation.\nSupport annual disaster recovery exercises and remediation efforts.\nEnsure critical network services meet Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).\nAutomation & Process Improvement\nDevelop automation solutions for network provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and reporting.\nUtilize Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting tools to improve operational efficiency and consistency.\nDrive continual service improvement initiatives focused on reliability, automation, and service quality.\nProject Leadership & Collaboration\nLead network-related projects including office expansions, relocations, M&A integration activities, cloud migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, service desk, monitoring, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nProvide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.\nContribute to strategic technology planning and roadmap
