This position suits someone who excels in a dynamic, highly cooperative setting and enjoys managing operational support, enhancing processes, overseeing governance tasks, and coordinating across departments. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, security, and business groups to promote scalable, secure, and effective collaboration services across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, analytical, adaptable, and driven to deliver outcomes. You manage several priorities while keeping careful attention to detail and follow-through. You work well in Agile settings, attend stand-ups and cross-functional efforts, engage with partners, support operational and governance processes, and assist initiatives from intake through completion. This role fits someone who likes solving problems, improving processes, collaborating, and helping teams function more efficiently at scale.\nResponsibilities\nSupport Microsoft 365 operational initiatives, governance efforts, and platform improvements across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Entra ID.\nAnalyze ticket trends and recurring issues to find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.\nMaintain and improve runbooks, knowledge articles, process documentation, and operational procedures.\nSupport identity and access governance activities including RBAC, MFA, PIM, role assignments, and access reviews.\nCoordinate intake, tracking, and documentation of Microsoft 365 integration requests and operational workflows.\nGather requirements and coordinate with engineering, security, governance, and support teams to move initiatives through review and implementation processes.\nSupport high-priority incidents and blocking issues through coordination, communication, tracking, and follow-up activities.\nFacilitate meetings, stand-ups, and cross-functional discussions to help maintain alignment and execution across teams.\nDevelop and sustain project tracking, status updates, reporting, dashboards, and operational communications.\nSupport testing, rollout coordination, validation activities, and post-implementation follow-up for platform changes and enhancements.\nWork within enterprise ITSM processes and platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.\nPartner with technical teams to support workflow automation and operational improvements using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or related technologies.\nAssist with adoption, communication, and change management initiatives associated with Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.\nMaintain strong communication and coordination across technical teams, leadership, vendors, and business collaborators.\nQualifications\n3-5+ years providing support for Microsoft 365 technologies in a corporate setting.\nPractical experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nExperience working within enterprise ITSM settings such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.\nKnowledge of identity and access governance principles including RBAC, MFA, PIM, and Conditional Access.\nStrong organizational, communication, documentation, and collaborator coordination skills.\nExperience supporting operational processes, governance workflows, or technical initiatives across cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the capacity to handle several priorities at once.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and team coordination workflows.\nExperience developing documentation, reports, presentations, and operational communications.\nPreferred\nExperience providing support for Microsoft 365 governance, platform operations, or tenant modernization initiatives in enterprise environments.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune, identity governance, and enterprise security guidelines.\nExposure to PowerShell, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, automation workflows, or reporting solutions.\nExperience coordinating integrations, migrations, or operational improvement initiatives.\nExposure to Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise/OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI platforms.\nExperience supporting additional SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or others.\nExperience supporting large-scale collaboration environments with a focus on operational improvement and governance.\nSalary\n50,000 - 83,000 Euros\nPlease note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.\nPlease refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your data protection rights.\nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nSony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
