Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.\nRole Overview:\nSony Interactive Entertainment is searching for a highly competent candidate to join SIE’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team which is responsible for IAM tool deployment, enhancements, and maintenance. This individual will work with various stakeholders (HR, Legal, IT, InfoSec) to build out and enhance existing IAM processes and engineer new solutions. The selected candidate will be capable of defining and executing on well-constructed operational strategies, processes, and procedures; as well as have excellent communication and organizational skills. \nWhat you'll be doing:\nAutomating solutions for user onboarding and offboarding \nEnhancing existing onboarding solutions / tools. (Saviynt, OneIdentity Active Roles Server, Okta) \nBuild out documentation around processes of various IAM tools. \nResolve identity related issues across the SIE organization. \nContribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs for SIE. \nConduct regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades as required \nSupport dev / engineering teams alongside other IT DevOps staff \nContinuously work with stakeholders to enhance and evolve IAM program \nPrepare documentation for audits and acts as POC for audit issues \nAssist various IT teams with Active Directory migration tasks \nSupport lifecycle management of identities, entitlements, and roles across multiple systems and applications. \nWhat you'll be doing:\n5+ years experience managing and maintaining Active Directory \n5+ years experience in automating IT solutions \nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy \nDocumentation of standards, methods and diagrams of environments \nAbility to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment \nAbility to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision \nBe available on an on-call basis to respond to pending issues or problems arising during non-business hours and provide support and response. \nAbility to quickly learn new technologies \nQualifications: \nScripting experience required \nIn-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), IT processes and procedures, information security, and systems implementations required \nOneIdentity Active Roles experience strongly preferred \nStrong knowledge of PowerShell required \nExperience with Identity and Access Management tools preferred (Sailpoint, Saviynt, etc...) \nExperience with SQL Server preferred \nExperience with Exchange Online / Entra ID preferred \nExperience with Okta preferred \nEducation: \nBS./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience preferred \nTechnical certifications a plus, but not required \nAt SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.\nPlease note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. \nIn addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.
