Partner Development will be responsible for supporting the development, tendering, procurement, and contractual performance management of Sony Interactive Entertainment’s global transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations service partners.\nWorking across AMER, EMEA, ANZ, APAC, and Japan, this role will help ensure SIE has the right service partner network, commercial agreements, service levels, and governance in place to support the needs of the PlayStation business globally.\nThis role will also manage the cross-Operations budgeting process for OPEX and CAPEX, providing budgetary inputs at a CPU level and tracking performance through key budget cycles.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nLead and support global tendering activity across transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations service partners, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, and procurement processes are commercially and operationally robust.\nManage tender activity across key service areas including sea freight NVO and BCO tendering, road freight FTL and LTL tendering, air freight tendering, warehouse 3PL RFPs, and 4PL Logistics Control Tower service partner tendering for both B2B and B2C operational Partnerships.\nPartner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Logistics, Warehousing, Planning, and regional Operations teams to ensure tender processes deliver the right balance of cost, service, capability, risk, and scalability.\nSupport contractual SLA management for global service partners, acting as an escalation point when issues move beyond day-to-day operational management.\nOwn and coordinate the QBR process with key service partners, ensuring reviews are consistent, data-driven, globally aligned, and focused on performance, service improvement, risk, and future business needs.\nManage the cross-Operations budgeting process for OPEX and CAPEX, working closely with Finance and Planning teams to provide accurate budgetary numbers, CPU assumptions, and monthly tracking.\nAct as a key point of contact for Finance and Planning teams, supporting budget submissions, forecast cycles, variance analysis, and operational cost visibility.\nKey areas of focus:\nService Partner Tendering & Procurement\nSupport and manage global tenders for transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations partners.\nLead tender activity across sea freight, road freight, air freight, warehouse 3PL, and 4PL control tower services.\nEnsure operational requirements are captured clearly and translated into tender documentation and evaluation criteria.\nPartner with Procurement and Legal to support supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract development, and implementation.\nEnsure tender outcomes support PlayStation’s global service, cost, capacity, and growth requirements.\nService Partner Management\nManage contractual SLA oversight for key operations service partners.\nAct as an escalation point for service partner issues that require contractual, commercial, or senior operational review.\nOwn the QBR process, ensuring consistent preparation, performance reporting, action tracking, and follow-up.\nDrive partner alignment to global standards, service expectations, and operational priorities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve partner performance, cost efficiency, service quality, and operational resilience.\nLiaise closely with Operations teams to ensure their requirements are met and their voices are heard through a highly collaborative, consistent, and regular approach.\nOperations Budgeting & Cost Management\nManage the cross-Operations OPEX and CAPEX budgeting process.\nProvide budgetary inputs and assumptions at a CPU level.\nTrack monthly performance against budget.\nPartner with Finance and Planning teams to support forecast accuracy, variance analysis, and cost visibility.\nHelp identify cost risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements across Operations spend.\nGlobal Governance & Reporting\nEstablish consistent governance for tender activity, partner reviews, SLA performance, and budget tracking.\nDevelop reporting packs, performance scorecards, and action logs to support decision-making.\nEnsure regional requirements are represented while maintaining alignment to global standards.\nSupport the development of a global service partner strategy across transportation, warehousing, and logistics control tower operations.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n8+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, transportation, warehousing, service partner management, or operations finance.\nExperience supporting or managing logistics tenders, RFPs, supplier selection, or contract governance.\nStrong understanding of transportation modes including sea freight, road freight, and air freight.\nExperience working with 3PL warehouse providers, 4PL/control tower providers, carriers, freight forwarders, or logistics service partners.\nStrong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, CPU modelling, OPEX, and CAPEX management.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Legal, and regional teams.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing QBRs, scorecards, and performance reviews.\nAbility to manage multiple global priorities and turn business requirements into practical partner and budget plans.\nDesirable:\nBA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Procurement, or another related field preferred.\nExperience in Lean
