As PlayStation experiences become more intelligent and increasingly shaped by Data and AI, the platform helps teams make better decisions, enables creators to build incredible experiences, and supports what millions of players enjoy every day.\nYou will drive the roadmap forward for specific capabilities within the data platform, ranging from real time systems to unstructured data.\nWho We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for a Product Manager who understands modern data technologies and knows how to turn them into real impact. You think in platforms, make smart trade offs, and shape offerings that matter today while setting them up to scale for what comes next.\nResponsibilities\nIdentify High Impact Opportunities: Build a deep understanding of how data is used across PlayStation today, how those needs are evolving, and where platform gaps limit impact.\nSet the Direction: Own and evolve the roadmap for specific capabilities within the Data Platform, making clear trade offs that balance immediate needs with long term platform health.\nApply Technology with Purpose: Understand relevant data and AI developments and apply them selectively to strengthen the platform and support meaningful business outcomes.\nLead Through Partnership: Work side by side with engineering and stakeholders, bringing clarity and context so the right problems get solved.\nDrive Execution: Engage at a technical level to shape product requirements, prioritize features, and guide day to day execution to move the platform forward.\nChampion the Platform: Articulate the value and direction of the Data Platform to drive alignment, confidence, and adoption across PlayStation.\n Measure What Matters: Define success for the platform and use it to guide prioritization, investment, and decisions.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in product management focused on data platforms or data intensive products at scale\nSolid understanding of modern data technologies and trends, with a demonstrated ability to apply them in service of business outcomes\nStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform prioritization and product decisions\nProven platform mindset, including experience making trade offs that balance scalability, flexibility, and usability\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data concepts to diverse audiences\nUnderstanding of data ethics, privacy, and responsible data usage at scale\nExperience working closely with engineering, analytics, and cross functional product teams to drive execution\nComfortable operating in ambiguity, with a bias toward ownership and impact\nBonus\nExperience working with unstructured data\nExperience working within the gaming and entertainment industry\nFluency in AI/ML workflows, with the ability to connect the dots between Data Platforms and AI/ML use cases\nPlease note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.\nPlease refer to our Candidate Privacy Notice for more information about what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your data protection rights.\nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nSony is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
