Senior Product Manager, Game Acquisition & Engagement San Mateo, Los Angeles, or San Diego remote considered, west coast preferred

Role Summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a results-driven Senior Product Manager to support the development and delivery of PlayStation Game Acquisition & Engagement experiences.

This role will work across the PlayStation devices and experiences to help players discover, evaluate, acquire, and engage with games. The ideal candidate brings strong product management craft, e-commerce experience, consumer UX judgment, and the ability to independently drive complex product initiatives across multiple teams and dependencies.

The role will primarily focus on roadmap execution and feature delivery while also contributing to research, product strategy, and longer-term roadmap development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive delivery of Game Acquisition & Engagement experiences across PlayStation platforms.
• Translate product direction into clear requirements, priorities, and plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, UX, Research, Analytics, and partner teams.
• Use data and customer research to prioritize opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.
• Contribute to product research, roadmap development, and longer-term strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of product management experience, 3+ within e-commerce or digital consumer products.
• Strong product craft across prioritization, delivery, data, research, and consumer UX.
• Proven ability to independently drive complex initiatives across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technical fluency with software architecture and data flows; gaming or digital engagement experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience.preferred
• Gaming, entertainment, content discovery, personalization, live services, or digital engagement experience preferred.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$168,900—$253,300 USD
