The role involves enhancing the organization's security posture, reducing attack surfaces, and securing application and workload communications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Microsegmentation Design & Deployment:\n\n1. Assess existing network/application landscape.\n\n2. Plan and deploy Illumio policies to segment workloads, users, and applications.\n\n- Zero Trust Implementation:\n\n1. Translate Zero Trust principles into actionable security policies.\n\n2. Ensure 'least privilege' access for workloads and users.\n\n- Policy Creation & Management:\n\n1. Build and test rules for traffic control, segmentation, and containment.\n\n2. Continuously refine policies to minimize risk and reduce false positives.\n\n- Integration & Collaboration:\n\n1. Work with security, network, cloud, and application teams to align Illumio with enterprise security controls.\n\n2.
