You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.\nYour mission\nYou'll be in a dual focus role, broadly owning all corporate hiring in the US as our local expert, whilst also owning commercial & go-to-market hiring on a global basis,\nWhat you’ll achieve:\nPartner closely with commercial leaders across the organisation to own commercial and go-to-market hiring\nSupporting headcount in 25+ countries, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for hires on a global basis and see direct impact to our ongoing growth by finding the best in-market talent \nExecute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find commercial talent, and proactively build talent pipelines for key organisational roles (powered by tools like Metaview AI Sourcing, Claude Enterprise MCPs and LI Recruiter)\nUse market insights to influence data-driven hiring outcomes\nDrive positive impact, including direct sourcing channels, improving candidate engagement and decreasing time to hire\nBring your passion to support the continuous improvement and sophistication of our TA agenda including AI Adoption, Candidate Experience, ED&I, EVP & Employer Brand\nRequirements\nWe know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:\n5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruiting.
