This role partners with managers and employees to deliver practical HR solutions across employee relations, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, organizational change, and employee engagement.\nReporting to the Director, HR Business Partner (Philippines), the HR Manager will work closely with local leaders, HR Centres of Excellence, Payroll, HR Operations, and regional People teams. activities, and delivering local engagement programmes while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.\nThis position is ideal for a self-driven HR professional who demonstrates strong attention to detail, takes ownership of outcomes, enjoys solving people and operational challenges, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, programmes, and the overall employee experience.\nWhat you will do\nPartner with and advise managers on various people matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee development, and disciplinary actions.\nCollaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional People teams to deliver HR programs, policies, processes, and tools.\nManage sensitive employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, ethics concerns, workplace disputes, policy violations, and conflict resolution.\nSupport organizational change and restructuring initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.\nPrepare and coordinate payroll inputs, partnering with Payroll and HR Operations to ensure accurate and timely processing.\nSupport employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding, exit interviews, and turnover analysis.\nPlan and deliver local employee engagement initiatives, including wellbeing, recognition, culture-building, and CSR activities.\nCoordinate the implementation of global and regional HR programs, ensuring local compliance and alignment.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.\nWhat you will bring\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.\nAt least 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multinational or technology environment.\nExperience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.\nStrong payroll administration experience, including preparation and validation of payroll inputs and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.\nSolid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and local employment practices.\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgement and ownership.\nA proactive mindset with the ability to generate ideas and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational
