complex business and functional requirements; design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications following industry best practices.\n\nLead estimation efforts for complex development projects and track progress against defined milestones.\n\nConduct in-depth analysis of business problems using data and testing frameworks; evaluate and document test results to support quality assurance efforts.\n\nCreate and maintain testing scripts and documentation for ongoing quality and reproducibility.\n\nPlan, coordinate, and lead assignments related to Salesforce application development across cross-functional teams.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex and related Salesforce development tools; manage project timelines and deliverables.\n\nProvide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers; assist with training and task delegation.\n\nAct as a technical consultant to IT leadership and user groups on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.\n\nParticipate in requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and daily Agile scrum calls for sprint planning and progress updates.\n\nLead the resolution of complex technical issues, review peer code contributions, and document implementation frameworks and changes for future reference.\n\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related technical field (or foreign degree equivalent) and 5 years of experience with application development.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) configuration and customization and CRM development.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience with Apex programming language, Web Services Description Language (WSDL) and RESTful APIs.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience using Maven, Ant, Jenkins, and GitHub for CI/CD and version control.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience with Agile development methodologies and JIRA.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles, data structures and
