Let’s shape it together.\n Join our Data & AI team.\nYou will join a multidisciplinary Data & AI team that helps clients turn AI ambitions into clear, value-driven initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualization, you will help identify opportunities, align stakeholders and translate business challenges into practical AI initiatives.\nAs an AI Analyst, you act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams and AI specialists. You help organizations move beyond AI ambition and identify where AI can create tangible business value.\nYou facilitate discovery workshops, identify and structure AI opportunities, assess business value and feasibility, and translate business challenges into clear AI requirements. You work closely with business stakeholders, Management, AI Architects, AI Engineers, Data Scientists and other specialists to help clients make informed decisions about where and how to invest in AI.\nYou support clients throughout the early stages of their AI journey by assessing AI and data maturity, evaluating data readiness, building business cases and helping prioritize AI initiatives.\nYou are capable of translating complex AI concepts into accessible business language while also helping technical teams understand business objectives, constraints and success criteria. You know the difference between traditional AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI.\nYou also help clients identify governance, compliance and organizational considerations related to AI adoption, including data quality, responsible AI practices and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.\n We're looking for an AI Analyst who combines strong analytical capabilities with a consulting mindset. You are able to translate business ambitions into actionable AI opportunities and guide stakeholders towards value-driven decisions.\nYou’ll have knowledge and experience of the following:\nAt least 4 years of experience in business analysis, data & analytics, consulting, product owner or a similar role.\nProven experience defining AI roadmaps, translating business needs into functional, analytical or AI-related requirements.\nStrong stakeholder management, presentation skills and workshop facilitation.\nExperience identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing business opportunities and transformation initiatives.\nExperience building business cases, value estimates, and feasibility assessments.\nUnderstanding of AI capabilities and use cases, including Traditional AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI.\nUnderstanding AI and data maturity assessments and data-readiness concepts.\nAwareness of AI platforms, data platforms, and the broader AI ecosystem.\nFamiliarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
