The ideal candidate should have practical experience building AI agents, copilots, and RAG-based solutions that solve real business problems and create measurable value.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows.\nBuild solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Google ADK.\nDevelop RAG solutions, semantic search capabilities, and enterprise knowledge assistants.\nIntegrate AI solutions with business applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.\nPackage, deploy, and monitor AI applications in cloud environments.\nContribute reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI engineering best practices.\nRequired Technical Skills\nProgramming & Engineering\nStrong proficiency in Python.\nExperience with REST APIs and integrations.\nFastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.\nStrong software engineering and system design fundamentals.\nAgentic AI & LLMs\nHands-on experience with one or more:\nLangChain\nLangGraph\nCrewAI\nAutoGen\nGoogle ADK\nPrompt Engineering\nFunction/Tool Calling\nAgent Workflows and Memory Concepts\nBuilding LLM-powered applications\nRAG & Knowledge Systems\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nVector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, etc.)\nSemantic Search and Embeddings\nCloud & Deployment\nDocker\nAzure, AWS, or GCP\nCI/CD fundamentals\nPreferred Skills\nModel Context Protocol (MCP)\nMulti-Agent Systems\nGraphRAG\nSemantic Kernel\nOpenAI Agents SDK\nPydanticAI\nAI Evaluation Frameworks (Promptfoo, RAGAS)\nKnowledge Graphs\nReact or Streamlit-based AI applications\nProfessional Attributes (Mandatory)\nStrong collaborator capable of working effectively across engineering, product, business, and leadership teams.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.\nConfident, proactive, and self-driven individual who takes ownership and delivers results.\nStrong networking and relationship-building abilities, with the capability to engage stakeholders across teams and geographies.\nComfortable conducting demos, presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.\nPassionate about continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI technologies.\nExperience Requirements\n3-8 years of overall software engineering experience.\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM-based application development.\nExperience building and delivering AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, or automation solutions in enterprise or production environments.\nTotal Experience Expected: 03-04 years\n Bachelor of Technology\n Ideal Candidate Summary\nA hands-on AI Engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and at least 2 years of experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate has experience building AI agents, copilots, and RAG-based solutions using modern agent frameworks and LLM technologies.
