In 2025, the Group generated revenues of €5.6 billion.\nThe world is how we shape it.\n Roles and Responsibilities\nShould have hands on experience on Blue Prism & UIPath development.\nParticipating in solution design against business requirements\nProviding a superior level of experience and knowledge of RPA solution and associated methodology to support colleagues (developers) through all phases of the RPA delivery lifecycle and Accreditation Program.\nMentoring colleagues through the RPA solution development and support lifecycle.\nIdentifying new process opportunities and accurately analysing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.\nAnalysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.\nFeasibility study and identifying the gaps\nTroubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause\nTo analyze business requirements for developing functional and non-functional system requirements\nInvolving in the UAT Verification phase to support the UAT team\nFollowing the code adherence like proper commenting, adherence to design, nomenclature and security practices\nAbility to deliver within estimated timelines\nParticipating in peer review process of codes adhering to design\nFollowing best practices for code development, reviews, and releases\nAbility to provide quick resolution for issues after go-live\nTimely updating senior technical members for any concerning issue\nStay up-to-date with the RPA technology to add value to the project\nCan do approach and a positive attitude to support the project as and when required\nPerforming Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solution\nWorking with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out\nFixing bugs during UAT and SIT\nPerforming administrative jobs in the Blue Prism live environment, for example, running processes, viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etc\nHelp to maintain the quality and change control process\nWorking with the project leaders for ongoing improvement of the project\nAnalyzing the technical and functional feasibility of new processes which needs to be automated\nDocumentation for automation-specific solution design\nIdentifying technical infrastructure requirements for Blue Prism & UIPath.\nTotal Experience Expected: 02-04 years\n Skills and Qualification\n3+ years of relevant working experience in Blue Prism & UIPath RPA tool.\nWorking knowledge on Process studio, Control Room, Scheduling, work queues, Change request, Bug Fixes, Process enhancement.\nMust have experience as Developer and in Monitoring and Maintenance.\nCertified Blue Prism Professional & UIPath Developer is preferred\n At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
