You will collaborate with international engineering squads, ship clean code, and leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development and optimize system architecture.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nBuild & Scale: Develop high-performance backend apps, microservices, and REST APIs using modern frameworks.\n\nSmart Engineering: Use AI-assisted development tools to write optimized code, generate tests, and accelerate debugging.\n\nOwn Quality: Ship clean, SOLID, and highly testable code through robust CI/CD workflows.\n\nCollaborate: Partner with QA engineers, architects, and stakeholders in an international agile environment.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n\n3+ years of professional Java experience.\n\nProduction experience with Spring Boot and PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases).\n\nStrong grasp of OOP, design patterns, and unit testing.\n\nProfessional English fluency (German is a huge plus).\n\nYour responsibilities\n\nYou develop clean code with Java (Spring, Spring Boot).
