The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mainframe technologies and be comfortable working in a shift-based environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and support applications using CICS and VSAM\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nPerform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of mainframe applications\nEnsure high performance, reliability, and scalability of applications\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions\nParticipate in production support and resolve issues within defined SLAs\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience in CICS and VSAM\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nSolid understanding of mainframe application development\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\nWillingness to work in rotational shifts\nGood to Have Skills\nExperience in the Retail domain\nExposure to Agile methodologies\nExperience working with services/APIs\n B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA\n Need candidates with 6 years of experience as expected by the customer.
