As a Supply Chain Optimization Consultant, you’ll harness your energy and vision to drive innovation across customer operations. You’ll be part of the cross-border OptimAI team located in Belgium and the Netherlands, collaborating with experts in planning, optimization and AI to deliver exceptional results.\nAs part of the OptimAI Team, you will:\nContribute to supply chain optimization initiatives using advanced optimization and AI tools and innovative methodologies.\n\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nDevelop compelling demonstration scenarios and proof of concepts to showcase the value of optimization and AI tools to prospective clients.\n\nContribute to the OptimAI community, sharing expertise and supporting team growth.\n\nWork together in a team environment, using different supply chain software solutions.\n\nCombine deep content expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.\n\nIf you’re passionate about driving supply chain innovation, building strong relationships, and working collaboratively to shape the future of optimization, we invite\n Bachelor’s or university degree - ideally in econometrics, applied economics, mathematics, commercial sciences, civil engineering, or commercial engineering\n\nAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position\n\nTech-savvy with a strong affinity for technology and digital solutions; previous experience in the IT sector or an IT-related background is considered a plus\n\nStrong communication skills and proven analytical problem-solving ability\n\nExperience in mentoring and collaborating within diverse, customer-centric teams\n\nCurrently residing in the Netherlands and previous professional experience in the country\n\nExperience in advanced supply chain optimization platforms\n\nExperience with DELMIA Quintiq or More Optimal is considered a plus\n\nFluent in both English and Dutch\n\n At Sopra Steria, we ensure you can do your job with joy and balance.
