We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative environment that fosters skill development and active involvement in the company’s growth.\n We are seeking anEmbedded Systems Expert with deep expertise in DO-178C and avionics software development to lead the architecture and execution of safety-critical airborne systems.\nThe ideal candidate will be capable of architecting a system from concept through certification, with extensive experience in Real-Time Embedded Systems (RTES) and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) environments. This individual will provide technical leadership across the entire product lifecycle, including requirements development, architecture, implementation, integration, verification, validation, and certification.\nLocation: The role can be onsite (CT), hybrid, or fully remote.\nResponsibilities\nArchitect end-to-end avionics software systems from concept through certification.\nCollaborate across systems, hardware, software, verification, and certification teams.\nLead development of safety-critical embedded software in compliance with DO-178C.\nSupport certification audits and regulatory compliance activities.\nSupport definition and allocation of system-level and software requirements.\nDesign and implement solutions for RTES and RTOS-based platforms.\nConduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and trade studies.\nDrive requirements traceability, verification planning, and validation activities.\nMentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.\nStrong experience in embedded software development.\nExtensive hands-on 12+ years of experience with DO-178C certification programs.\nStrong understanding of:Real-Time Embedded Systems (RTES)\nReal-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)\nSafety-critical software development\nSystems engineering processes\n\nExcellent communication and technical leadership skills.\nU.S. citizenship is required.
