In 2025, the Group generated revenues of €5.6 billion.\nThe world is how we shape it.\n Key Responsibilities\nDesign and implement Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM or any other MDM data models aligned with business needs\nReady to learn and implement Semarchy xDM\nConfigure business rules, validations, and enrichment logic\nImplement and optimize matching rules, duplicate detection, and merge strategies\nDefine and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation\nManage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability\nDesign and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship\nCollaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements\nParticipate in unit testing, defect fixing, and documentation\nTotal Experience Expected: 04-06 years\n Required Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM / Informatica MDM / Talend MDM or any other MDM\nDeep understanding of matching processes, survivorship, and golden record management\nExperience handling duplicate management and merging strategies\nAdvanced SQL and data modeling expertise\nAt our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
