Total Experience Expected: 06-09 years
Shift: - UK Shift (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Switching, Wireless, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 network support for enterprise environments.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, and VPN infrastructures.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and network security.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, or Juniper security solutions.
- Execute network changes, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Security, Project, and Automation teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor support for complex issues.
- Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA (Mandatory/Preferred)
- Cisco Meraki ECMS1/CMNA (Preferred)
- NSE 4 / Fortinet Certified Associate (Preferred)
- Palo Alto PCCET or PCNSA (Preferred)
