In 2025, the Group generated revenues of €5.6 billion.\nThe world is how we shape it.\n Job Description - Oracle Fusion Data Migration & Configuration Specialist\nJob Title: Oracle Fusion Data Migration & Configuration Specialist\nEducational Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.\nOracle Fusion Cloud certification in relevant functional modules will be preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Oracle Fusion Functional Configuration\nConfigure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications based on business and functional requirements.\nPerform setup and configuration activities using the Setup and Maintenance work area.\nSupport configuration of relevant Oracle Fusion modules, depending on project requirements, such as:\nFinancials\nGeneral Ledger\nAccounts Payable\nAccounts Receivable\nCash Management\nProcurement\nProjects\nHCM\nConfigure enterprise structures, business units, ledgers, legal entities, reference data sets, approval rules, lookups, value sets, flexfields, and other application setups as applicable.\nConfigure and maintain descriptive flexfields (DFF), extensible flexfields (EFF), key flexfields (KFF), value sets, and standard/custom lookups.\nAnalyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functional configuration solutions.\nPrepare configuration workbooks and maintain complete documentation of setup changes.\n2. Configuration Migration & Environment Management\nManage movement of Oracle Fusion configurations across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.\nCreate, validate, export, import, and deploy Oracle Fusion configuration migration sets.\nSupport full and delta migration activities where applicable.\nValidate source and target environment readiness before migration and ensure appropriate release and patch alignment.\nReview configuration differences and support impact analysis before deployment.\nIdentify configurations, security changes, roles, or other artifacts requiring manual migration or separate deployment processes.\nPerform post-migration validation and coordinate functional testing to ensure successful deployment. Oracle recommends validating migration sets, reviewing missing roles, and performing functional testing after configurations are applied.\nMaintain configuration version control, migration logs, deployment records, and rollback documentation.\n3. Cutover & Post-Go-Live Support\nDevelop and maintain detailed data migration and cutover plans.\nParticipate in mock cutovers and production deployment activities.\nCoordinate pre-cutover, cutover, and post-cutover data validation.\nProvide hypercare support following Oracle Fusion go-live.\nResolve high-priority configuration and data-related incidents.\nIdentify opportunities to automate and improve data migration and configuration processes.\nKey Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and data accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple migration and configuration activities simultaneously.\nStrong stakeholder and business communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.\nGood understanding of ITIL, Change Management, Release Management, and Incident Management processes.\nStrong documentation and governance discipline.\nTotal Experience Expected: 04-06 years\n B.E./ B.Tech./ BCom/MBA\n At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
