The candidate will be trained and mentored to become a Semarchy MDM Consultant and contribute to enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSQL Development & Database Engineering\nDevelop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and scripts.\nAnalyze and optimize SQL performance for large datasets.\nPerform query tuning and troubleshooting using execution plans and database performance tools.\nDesign and maintain efficient database structures.\nData Modeling & Data Management\nDesign logical and physical data models.\nAnalyze relationships between business entities and data objects.\nSupport data quality, data governance, and data standardization initiatives.\nIdentify duplicate and inconsistent data records and propose resolution approaches.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with business analysts, architects, data governance teams, and stakeholders.\nParticipate in requirement analysis and solution design discussions.\nContribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.\nMandatory Skills\nStrong SQL Expertise\nCandidate should have hands-on experience in:\nComplex Joins\nWindow Functions\nCTEs (Common Table Expressions)\nSubqueries\nQuery Optimization\nStored Procedures\nFunctions\nIndexing Concepts\nExecution Plan Analysis\nDatabase Performance Tuning\nData Modeling\nER Modeling\nNormalization & Denormalization\nRelational Database Design\nData Relationships & Hierarchies\nData Integrity Concepts\nDatabase Technologies\nExperience in one or more:\nOracle\nSQL Server\nPostgreSQL\nMySQL\nDesired Behavioral Competencies:\nHave strong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAre passionate about learning new technologies\nDemonstrate ownership and accountability\nShow curiosity towards Data Management and MDM\nCan quickly adapt to new business domains\nHave excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills\nNice to Have\nData Migration Experience\nData Profiling\nData Quality Tools\nSemarchy, Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, or similar platforms (not mandatory)\nMDM Solution Development (Training Provided)\nLearn and contribute to Semarchy MDM platform implementation.\nConfigure data models, workflows, validation rules, and business rules.\nParticipate in matching, duplicate management, survivorship, and golden record creation processes.\nSupport integration of master data across multiple enterprise systems.\nTotal Experience Expected: 4-8 years\n BE / B.Tech/ MS/ M.Tech/ MCA\n At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
