For more information, visit us at www.soprasteria.ca.\nAre you ready to take on the challenge with us?\n Sopra Steria Canada is looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure and security transformation projects for international clients.\nYou will act as a trusted advisor to the client, lead a dedicated team of network, security and DevOps engineers, and deliver projects such as firewall modernization, network access control, IPAM, observability, network source of truth and Infrastructure as Code across multiple regions.\nKey responsibilities\nDelivery\nManage infrastructure and security transformation projects from initiation to closure. \nOwn the planning, quality and budget of at least four projects in parallel. \nApply Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies as each project requires. \nLead a team of engineers toward project goals and remove blockers. \nEnsure the quality of all deliverables. \nGovernance and stakeholders\nLead steering committees and present project status to C-level executives. \nEnsure clear communication between stakeholders in an international, multi-region environment. \nCoordinate all stakeholders: client teams, vendors and Sopra Steria leadership. \nFacilitate client workshops to clarify needs, align stakeholders and agree next steps. \nIdentify, assess and mitigate risks, and escalate early. \nTransition and practice\nSecure the transition from project to operations through documentation, knowledge transfer and formal handover. \nSupport the pre-sales team by identifying new opportunities. \nContribute to the continuous improvement of the Sopra Steria PMO practice by sharing lessons learned. \n Key deliverables\nIntegrated project plan (updated weekly): planned vs. actual progress, schedule, dependencies, milestones and resources. \nWeekly flash report: status, blockers and next actions for all projects. \nMonthly report: progress per project and region, milestones, risks and decisions required. \nQuarterly business review: plan vs. actual scorecard, business value delivered, risks and next-quarter outlook. \nTransition package (per project): runbooks, playbooks, architecture diagrams, training and handover sign-off. \nWho you are\nDynamic: you take ownership, move fast and keep momentum when priorities shift. \nCurious: you want to learn new technologies, methods and client contexts, and you ask open, clarifying questions before proposing answers. \nCustomer-oriented: you understand your client's business goals, build trust and deliver what matters to them. \nConsulting mindset: you listen actively, break problems into simpler parts, test ideas against evidence and challenge with tact before recommending a way forward. \nFacilitator: you run workshops that stay focused, draw out every stakeholder's view without judging it, and close with a clear summary and next steps. \n Master’s degree in computer science or a related field. \nCertifications: PMP, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master, ITIL. \n3+ years of experience in IT and cybersecurity. \nStrong oral, presentation, facilitation and written communication skills. \nStrong analytical skills. \nAI proficiency: confident use of AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting and analysis, with awareness of responsible use and data protection. \nAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel and adapt in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to explain technical risk to non-technical audiences. \nAbility to lead a team of engineers and to identify, understand and mitigate risks. \nAsset: bilingual English and French. \n At Sopra Steria, we’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and to nurture a workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected, and supported.
