Key Responsibilities Connect with customers via telephone lines and central collections mailbox to recover unpaid invoices for various goods and services.\nMake sure all customer accounts are thoroughly reviewed to understand the full background of each individual case and updated after each interaction, including notes and status changes. Resolve queries regarding invoices.
