This is a fantastic gateway entry role for the right individual into the world of Infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities Assist the infrastructure team, managing incidents, requests, changes and problems. Actively monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools Administer systems based on Windows (Virtual and Physical), ensuring high availability and performance Support server environments and estates, including patching for Windows, VMWare and Citrix Maintenance and production of technical documentation to facilitate knowledge share and skills development.
