Key Responsibilities To deliver work to agreed estimates and timescales. To produce system documentation.\nTo undertake on project estimates and to ensure estimates for the creation and development of IT solutions are achievable. To implement change control procedures. To report own and team’s progress and issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.\nIn particular, to relay issues that might impact on quality or the ability to deliver to timescales or estimates. To identify and communicate potential risk areas to the company. Leading the development, support and maintenance of SFTP and API based Interfaces Driving production support, incident resolution and root cause analysis.\nManaging application releases, deployments and change activities. Supporting application patching, upgrades and environment management. Enhancing monitoring, logging and automation capabilities.\nEnsuring system stability, availability and performance across multiple environments.
