The Cybersecurity Lead will serve as the principal leader responsible for safeguarding our organization's information systems and ensuring our cyber defenses are robust and resilient. This role is pivotal in managing the overall security posture, developing strategic plans to mitigate cyber risks, and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive security measures.\nEssential Job Duties\nDesign, implement, and manage the organization’s security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information assets.\nConduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats. Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risks and respond to incidents promptly.\nLead and coordinate response efforts to any security breaches or cyber incidents. Ensure timely and effective containment, eradication, and recovery from incidents.\nOversee the design and architecture of secure systems and networks. Ensure that security is integrated into the development lifecycle of IT systems and applications.\nEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to cybersecurity. Implement and maintain controls to meet regulatory requirements.\nDevelop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs for employees. Ensure all staff members understand and follow security policies and procedures.\nEstablish and manage continuous monitoring programs to detect and respond to security events. Provide regular reports to senior management on the security status and recommendations for improvements.\nLead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to encourage continuous learning and development.\nManage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
