This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in PeopleSoft development. The candidate will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, supporting business operations, and troubleshooting issues under the guidance of senior developers located in Charleston, SC.\nEssential Job Duties\nAssist in the development, testing, and deployment of PeopleSoft applications.\nWork with PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, etc.).\nModify and maintain PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Time and Labor, North America Payroll.) based on business requirements.\nDevelop and execute SQL queries to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues.\nParticipate in application upgrades and patching activities.\nAssist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides.\nWork closely with functional teams to understand business needs and implement solutions.\nDebug and fix issues using PeopleSoft debugging tools.\nSupport integrations between PeopleSoft and other third-party systems.\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nAble to obtain and retain an interim Secret clearance which requires US citizenship.\nBasic knowledge of SQL, Java, or another programming language.\nFamiliarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).\nUnderstanding of software development concepts.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nWillingness to learn PeopleSoft development tools.\n Work Environment / Working at SOSi\nWorking conditions are normal for an office environment with 5 days in
