This role is responsible for supporting digital forensics and malware analysis activities, including analysis of digital media, investigation of security incidents, and support to remediation and response activities.\nResponsibilities\nPerform digital forensics analysis in support of cybersecurity investigations and incident response activities\nConduct digital media analysis to support identification, investigation, and response to security events\nSupport malware analysis activities to assess malicious code, artifacts, and indicators associated with cyber threats\nSupport investigation, containment, remediation, and closure of cybersecurity incidents\nCoordinate with cyber defense and incident response teams to support seamless execution across the incident response lifecycle\nSupport documentation and reporting associated with forensic and malware analysis activities\n Experience:Five (5) years of security-related experience\nExtensive experience in digital media analysis\nExtensive experience in digital forensics\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in cybersecurity, digital forensics, information systems, computer science, or a related field or Four (4) additional years of relevant digital forensics or cybersecurity experience \n Certifications:At least one of:\n\nGIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA)\nGIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE)\nGIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM)\nGIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)\nGIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)\nGIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC)\nGIAC Continuous Monitoring (GMON)\nCertified Ethical Hacker (CEH)\nCompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)\nCompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)\nPreferred:CISSP\nCCSP\nSSCP\n\n Clearance/Suitability: Secret (active);
