using Python.\nDesign, implement, and manage scalable MLOps pipelines and infrastructure.\nDevelop and manage containerized applications using Docker.\nWork with NoSQL and SQL for database management and optimization.\nImplement and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow and Kafka.\nAutomate the training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models.\nImplement and manage APIs and ensure their scalability, reliability, and performance.\nImplement and manage infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.\nCollaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into applications.\nDesign and develop microservices architecture for scalability and efficiency.\nWrite clean, scalable, and efficient code.\nParticipate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.\nProvides leadership, support and guidance to all AIMS Team Members.\nEnsures and promotes the development of the AIMS team through coaching, training, and leadership development.\nProvides informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent.\n Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.\n7+ years of experience in software development, MLOps, DevOps, or related roles.\nProficiency in Python and experience with its frameworks.\nExtensive knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and automated testing.\nExperience with version control systems (Git, SVN).\nHands-on experience with NoSQL and SQL.\nProficient in using Apache Airflow for workflow management.\nProficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nSolid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nExperience with agile development methodologies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).\nExperience with feature stores and model registries.\nFamiliarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)\nKnowledge of monitoring and logging tools for machine learning models (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).\nSignificant experience with petabyte scale data sets.\nSignificant experience with large-scale, multi-INT analytics.\n Work Environment\nWorking conditions are normal for an office environment.\nFast paced, deadline-oriented environment.\nMay
