SOS International, known as SOSi, is a privately held American government services company founded in 1989 that began by supplying linguists and interpreters to the United States military. It has since broadened into intelligence analysis, logistics and base operations support, information technology and network engineering, and cybersecurity, working for defence, intelligence and federal civilian customers both in the United States and in deployed locations. Minimum Requirements

  • Active TS-SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field, or
    • five (5) years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.
  • Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, and ESRI ArcGIS exposure and/or, dashboard analytics, or other mission-relevant tools.
  • Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.
  • Proficient in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques.
  • Strong communication and cross-cultural facilitation skills are required to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.
  • Knowledge in ESRI ArcGIS or other geospatial analytical tools to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledgeable in incorporating real-world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs.
