You'll work alongside experienced Cloud Administrators and collaborate with development, IT, and support teams.\nOur fundamental goal at SOTI is to give you an opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to real-world projects.\nDuring your internship, you'll gain practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, including cloud resource management, troubleshooting, application deployments, security, networking, and change management. You'll also help resolve operational issues and support internal teams and customers.\nFun: While we work hard at SOTI, we also play hard! Enjoy sports nights, including soccer, basketball, badminton, and table tennis, along with games nights, team activities, our annual SOTI Day picnic, and Christmas party.\nWhat you will do:\n\nAddress and resolve issues and stories created by development and corporate apps teams.\nAssist Senior Cloud Administrator with testing and release-related operations.\nMaintain all AWS & Azure resources and services within cloud-hosted applications.\nCreate and operate on change management related to security, network, and application changes within an AWS/Azure Cloud environment.\nAddress and work on the ticketing system to resolve operational issues and requests for SOTI employees (Internal customers)\nProvide cloud-side support to PS, sales, and the support team to support Enterprise and non-enterprise customers and partners.\n\nRequired Skills:\nBasic understanding of AWS & Azure (AWS EC2, S3, VPC, etc.)\nKnowledge of Windows Server administration\nGood understanding of Cloud Computing: virtualization technologies, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service Cloud delivery models and the current competitive landscape.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.\n\nAbout SOTI\nIt all started with a classic story about one developer’s vision.
