You will work alongside SOTI’s partners which include leading tech giants, that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies. \n\nResponsibilities:\nBe a subject-matter expert as it relates to AWS/Azure cloud platforms.\n\nDesign and implement end-to-end highly scalable and resilient cloud engineering solutions for infrastructure and application services using AWS/Azure public cloud and Azure DevOps on-premises.\n\nImplement CI/CD capabilities for infrastructure and applications.\n\nCreate and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.\n\nMaintain and improve existing CI/CD pipelines and processes.\n\nContribute to the architecting and implementation of cloud-native and on-premise solutions.\n\nWrite infrastructure automation scripts and templates, and integrate them with DevOps tools.\n\nAssist SRE and be responsible for uptime by working with architects, development, and the cloud infrastructure team.\n\nDaily responsibilities include ensuring that our solutions are resilient, available, healthy, and performing well.\n\nDesign and assist in automating the DR procedures for SOTI Cloud products. \n\nEnd-to-end ownership of the assigned modules with a strong focus on the solution, code quality, performance, security, and efficiency.\n\nActively contribute to design discussions.\n\nDemonstrate engineering excellence through commitment to quality execution and continuous improvement.\n\nReview code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices, such as style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.\n\nDrive the team in adopting relevant new technologies, tools, methods, and processes.\n\nMentor and train junior team members on design techniques and coding standards.\n\nProactively identify and work on automation opportunities\n\nExperience You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or any STEM-related program.\n\nGood understanding of DB concepts, data modeling, and storage.\n\nStrong technical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills.\n\nPride in ownership and passion for innovation.\n\nExperience in agile methods such as Scrum/XP, Business Driven Development and Continuous Delivery.\n\n5+ years of relevant experience in IT with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering working on Automating solutions.\n\nExperience with AWS Core Services: CloudFormation, EC2, ECS/ Docker, ELB, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, IAM.\n\nHighly proficient in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python).\n\nExperience in setting up and troubleshooting AWS/Azure production environments.\n\nExperience in designing, building, testing, and deploying highly scalable and resilient cloud-based infrastructure.\n\nExpertise in at least one Technology Domain and working knowledge of other domains and technologies, including API, Events, Security, Integration, Infrastructure, Data, and AI/ML.\n\nExperience working with deployment and orchestration technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansible, Jenkins).\n\nFull-stack architecture design experience with multi-tier system and service design and development for large enterprises with a focus on application layer design and infrastructure services.\n\nAdvanced hands-on skills operating in Linux and Windows.\n\nProven knowledge of application architecture, networking, security, reliability, and scalability concepts; software design principles and patterns.\n\nBe self-motivated and driven.
