You notice the small inconsistencies that others miss, whether in UI alignment or data structures.\nLogical Thinker: You enjoy the challenge of taking non-standardized information and creating a clean, logical strategy to standardize it within a system.\nProblem Solver: You are resourceful and can find smart technical workarounds when faced with complex or non-standard requirements.\nOwnership Mindset: You are happy to roll up your sleeves to handle both high-level feature work and the critical \"last-mile\" technical details that make a product successful.\n2-3 years of software engineering experience focusing on modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.\nExperience managing complex application state and data flows.\nFamiliarity with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, etc. ) and responsive design.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.\nExcellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.\nBonus Points:\nLLM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with prompt engineering to refine and validate structured AI
