As a Backend Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and microservices that power our products.\nIf you have a strong systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js.\n\nBuild and manage scalable microservices architecture with a focus on performance and reliability.\n\nDevelop APIs and handle inter-service communication using gRPC.\n\nWork with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse for data modeling, storage, and optimization.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nEnsure code quality and maintainability through best practices, code reviews, and testing.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems to ensure seamless performance.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nRequired Skills\nDesign, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js.\n\nBuild and manage scalable microservices architecture with a focus on performance and reliability.\n\nDevelop APIs and handle inter-service communication using gRPC.\n\nWork with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse for data modeling, storage, and optimization.\n\nStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms likeAWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nKnowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n4-5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development.\n\nProficient in Node.js and TypeScript.\n\nExperience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL in production environments.\n\nSolid understanding of microservices architecture and communication protocols like gRPC.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nNice to Have\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.\n\nExposure to Golang for building performant backend components.\n\nExperience in scaling and optimizing backend systems for high-traffic
