This role suits someone with sharp analytical instincts, a foundation in audit or assurance, and the confidence to work directly with internal teams and external parties (auditors, banks, vendors) alike.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger accuracy in Odoo - ensuring transactions are correctly coded, classified, and mapped to the right accounts and cost centres.\nPerform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.\nSupport month-end and year-end close: journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules.\nAnalyze financial data to flag anomalies, trends, or control gaps before they become issues - bringing an audit-minded eye to routine operations.\nAct as a key point of contact for external auditors - preparing schedules, responding to requests, and ensuring documentation is audit-ready year-round, not just at year-end.\nPartner with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Procurement) to resolve financial queries and ensure accounting treatment reflects business reality.\nMaintain and improve Odoo-based accounting workflows - identifying automation opportunities and tightening controls as the business scales.\nSupport the Senior Accountant on financial reporting, ad hoc analysis, and process documentation.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and relevant local regulatory/tax requirements (e.g., ZATCA, VAT).\nWhat We're Looking For:\n2-4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit - audit/assurance background (Big 4 or mid-tier) is a strong plus\nSharp analytical skills with genuine attention to detail;
