This is a full-cycle recruiting role - from intake to offer - for someone who can run a high volume of searches independently, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and bring structure and speed to how we hire.\nLanguage Requirement: Fluent Arabic and English (C1 proficiency in English) - both are essential for this role\nWhat You'll Do\nRun recruitment for 5-6 concurrent open roles: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and moving candidates through to offer.\n\nJoin intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role needs, must-haves and the interview process.\n\nSource actively on LinkedIn and other channels to build healthy, diverse pipelines, not just rely on inbound applications.\n\nRun first-round screening calls and write clear, structured candidate summaries for hiring managers.\n\nCoordinate interviews and feedback so processes keep moving without delays.\n\nGive every candidate a fast, respectful and transparent experience, whatever the outcome.\n\nKeep the ATS (Lever) accurate and up to date: pipeline stages, notes and candidate status.\n\nContribute to employer branding to strengthen Soum’s presence as an employer of choice in the region.\nRequirements\nAt least 1 year of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
