In recognition of our impact and growth, we were proudly named one of the Top 10 LinkedIn Startups in Saudi Arabia for 2024.\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Finance professional to manage cash and bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, supplier ledgers, VAT, and month-end closing for our cars business. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience, be ACCA/Part-Qualified CA or equivalent, and be fluent in Arabic and English. Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nCash, Bank & Receipts\nHandle all cash and bank matters for the cars business, including issuing and controlling all receipts.\n\nPerform daily cash and bank reconciliations; escalate and resolve differences same-day.\n\nReport all daily incomes and expenses, fully reconciled to the bank.\n\nInventory\nPrepare and maintain inventory ledgers, recording daily movement against sales.\n\nConduct periodic and surprise stock counts; investigate and clear variances.\n\nMaintain inventory aging analysis and flag slow-moving or at-risk units.\n\nObtain formal sign-off on month-end closing inventory from the Operations team.\n\nRecording & VAT\nRecord each cost centre and each stream of business separately and accurately.\n\nOwn the VAT treatment of every transaction and ensure filings are supported by clean, traceable records.\n\nSuppliers & Reconciliations\nOwn key supplier ledgers; prepare statements and secure sign-offs from the Supply team and suppliers.\n\nWork with the Inventory & Pricing Analyst to reconcile inventory value, price updates, and P&L.\n\nTrack marketing expenditure against approvals and budget.\n\nMonth-End Close\nRespond to ad hoc finance requests from the CFO and board.\n\nManage the Finance Analyst for reporting and dashboard maintenance.\n\nImprove efficiency by reducing manual reporting through automation and tools.\n\nCommunication & Coordination\nServe as the sole channel between the Cars and Finance teams for all financial matters,\n\nrequests, approvals, and follow-ups.\n\nKeep both sides aligned with clear, documented, and timely communication.\n\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify manual and duplicated steps in the current workflow and drive automation and system improvements.\n\nStandardise and document processes so controls survive volume growth and staff changes.\n\nRequirements\n3-4 years of experience\n\nCandidates should be fluent in Arabic and English.\n\nCandidates should be ACCA / Part qualified CA / other similar professional qualifications\n\nHands-on experience with cash and bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, supplier reconciliations, and month-end closing.\n\nStrong understanding of VAT, cost centre accounting, revenue and cost cut-offs, and financial record management.\n\nExperience improving finance processes
