Обязанности:

  • Мониторинг работоспособности ИТ инфраструктуры в режиме 24/7;

  • Диагностика и оперативное устранение нарушений в работе элементов ИТ инфраструктуры.

Требования:

  • Опыт работы системным администратором или специалистом службы технической поддержки (службы «второй линии») не менее 1 года;

  • Знание принципов организации сетей передачи данных, принципов функционирования протоколов стека TCP/IP, знание принципов организации телефонной сети офиса;

  • Базовые знания и опыт администрирования СУБД (MS SQL, PostgreSQL);

  • Знания и опыт настройки ОС семейства Linux, Windows;

  • Понимание архитектуры ПК;

  • Знание принципов функционирования AD;

  • Базовые знания о виртуализации серверных ОС;

  • Развитые устные и письменные коммуникативные навыки;

  • Технический английский на уровне, достаточном для понимания системных журналов ПО.

  • Личностные качества: способность к обучению, коммуникабельность, выдержанность, ответственность, умение работать в команде, готовность работать в сменном графике (в том числе в ночное время/выходные дни).
