This individual will be on a contract-basis until project completion (anticipated 2 years).\n\nWork Location & Professional Conduct expectations:\nThis role will be offsite, based at client locations (Irving Pulp & Paper). The selected individual will be required to commute directly to/from the client’s site (4KM from Source Atlantic head office).\nWorking hours will be 50 hours/week (OT paid after 40 hours). Opportunities for both shifts listed below:\nDAYSHIFT - 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday\nNIGHTSHIFT - 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday\nA night shift premium will be paid-out, over and above the standard hourly rate\nWork will primarily be outdoors and prepared to wear weather appropriate attire.\nThe successful candidate will be the face of our company while on-site, so professionalism, clear communication, and respectful conduct are essential.\nIt is key to demonstrate reliability and punctuality, arriving each day prepared and ready to contribute.\nAs part of pre-employment & site-accesses, the selected individual will be subject to mandatory Criminal Background Verification, Driver's Abstract & Drug and Alcohol Screening.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAccurately pick and prepare customer orders for delivery\nReceive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory\nMaintain accurate inventory levels through counts, documentation, and system updates\nEnsure the warehouse space remains orderly and efficient\nFollow all site-specific safety rules and procedures\nCommunicate effectively with on-site personnel as well as the internal teams\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\n Qualification:\nHigh school diploma is required\nExperience working in an industrial and/or outdoor environment would be an asset\nValid Driver's License in good standing\nAble to manipulate stock weighing up to 50lbs & able to stand, walk, lift, reach, etc for extended periods of time\nForklift certification would be a strong asset\nCustomer-focused and positive attitude\nStrong motivation to learn\nAble to work with minimal supervision\nProactive approach to all tasks, effective time management, and punctuality\nAccuracy and attention to detail\nCapable of following written instructions and documented procedures\nSuperior organizational skills\n\nIn accordance with the provincial wage transparency requirements:\nThe expected base compensation for this position is $24.11/hour (night shift premium of $1.00/hour is applied for 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift). \nIn addition, this role is eligible for additional benefits, including but not limited to:
