Combining strong organizational skills with technical knowledge of valve, automation, and instrumentation products, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, coordinate project activities, and help deliver reliable solutions that support customer success and business growth.\n\nResponsibilities:\nRespond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for valve, automation, and instrumentation products.\nReview customer specifications, applications, and operating requirements to identify appropriate products and solutions that align with project needs.\nCoordinate project activities to ensure deliverables are organized, completed accurately, and aligned with project requirements.\nManage day-to-day project activities, provide administrative and organizational support, and monitor timelines and progress to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.\nServe as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nIdentify and resolve project issues, escalating concerns when necessary to minimize delays and maintain progress.\nCoordinate with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment.\nProvide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders as required.\nParticipate in manufacturer training and ongoing technical development to expand product and industry knowledge.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, records, and status updates to support effective project tracking and reporting.\nOther duties as assigned. \n\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related role is strongly preferred, preference will be given individuals with technical aptitude industrial valve products, applications, and industry standards.\nExperience working with customers in the oil and gas, energy, utilities, or other major industrial sectors is considered an asset.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities.\nQuick learner with the ability to develop technical knowledge and adapt to changing project requirements.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications;
